Inside Sales Representative

SUMMARY: Supports the overall sales effort with a focus on incoming calls, rental/sales contract generation and bidding.
LOCATION: Aurora, CO

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Accurately takes customer orders.
  • Performs regular yard walks to monitor inventory management, declaring to the shop any missing/damaged items, and ordering any products for restocking purposes.
  • Receives inventory and purchase orders at their respective branch, and sends documents to Aurora AP.
  • Obtains third-party pricing as needed; finds “buy-outs” for clients.
  • Ensures prompt on-time deliveries, communicating any issues directly with clients.
  • Certifies shop has all required equipment available and ready to ship.
  • Informs customer inquiries to the manager for rate guidance.
  • Calls new clients to introduce them to Cross Country.
  • Supports outside sales with client information and sales reporting.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • One to two years related experience.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Acute attention to detail, positive attitude.
  • Must be able to work well in a team atmosphere.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm, and the capability to multitask.
